Guys...I have reading a lot of John Maxwell books (after my wife's recommendation ! ;) ) nearly all of them up to the latest book.."Talent is not enough". One of the chapter was about focus !
When a person focus on certain goals @ says you wanna to buy a black BMW 5 Series in the next few days..it seems that the wonderful BM just following you as you turn one corner you met one, when you park your old car, another one just beside your parking lot...
Guess what, I have experienced this many times and today there is another round of such experience...as we were "hot" with our friends and reunion focus,...I met up with 3 of our classmates (those I have not met for years..one is about 17 years) in the span of half an hour, I recorded all their handphones and informed them of our blog (in fact I have sent out sms to all our friends that I have their hp no...hopefully they will join in our fun..and get the reunion focus hotter), reunion etc...all seems to be interested and committed to join in.. Thanks to the Almighty.
One great man of Ancient Rome says...if you want to achieve your goals as much you need Air, your goal will surely be achievable ! (Think about the time that we are drowning in water...and our focus is only one..to have air/live on...we desperately gasping for the precious AIR..if we could struggle through, we will continue to live on...if not...don don chian !)
So, guys, set your focus, your dreams will just build up slowly in front of you..turning into reality !

Great post but several other key ingredients are missing. Dreams DO NOT build up slowly in front of any one dreamers, no matter how hard they focus. Dreams DO NOT turn into reality but fade away if the dreamers do nothing but focus.
You're a leader, and I'm sure you know the key to making dreams a reality are setting one's goal or goals first (goal = dream), visualise how that goal(s) can be achieved, perspire with all your heart and keep your focus. Half hearted efforts will only end in half realised goals. The final key factor and most important of course is the Almighty factor.
There are of course other ancillary factors but that's another story for another time, perhaps.

Stephen, you just hit my hot button - books...and thoughts & focus...and how they materialise right before your eyes. Gives me the goosebumps but have tried it too many times to know that it's no coincidence.

I noticed if you browse the class photos, I have noticed that we have more than 400 classmates...yet we have not included additional pretty ladies from SES in Form 6. Therefore, we have much work to be done in our reunion...
So far, the record is only having about 80 of friends attending our reunion dinner..
Pat, make it another record next year..Keep our FOCUS ! and act without fail ..

Let's examine the definition (short version) of testicles:
Testicles are components of the male reproductive organ. It is encased in what is called the scrotum. It's primary function is the reproduction of spermatozoa.
Now, let's look at balls:
Balls are spherical objects with either a solid inner sphere or an EMPTY inner sphere. The solid inner sphere is ALWAYS the same matter that makes up the outer crust [for economical reason], while in the case of an EMPTY inner sphere, it is AIR or VACUUM. Objectively, balls CANNOT perform any other functions except perhaps bounce.

In fact, I and gr8buds always share whatever experiences that we had gone through no matter in work or in personal life. Gr8buds read a lot of books but for me its just the other way round...:p..
Gr8buds, still remembered we shared about "WE MUST DARE TO DREAM BIG"? Again in reality, one's dream always parallel with their goal that one's had set.
Here, I would like to share the word 'chance' with u all. We always hear people says, "I got this project by chance'....etc...maybe I could classified that's 'luck', i might be wrong with my opinion here...
One can choose the followings:-
1) WAIT for the chance to come - sit up straight, focus your mind, dream big whatever way u like......and wait for the chance to come...will it come???
2) LOOK for the chance - just like window shopping, go to look for people or things that in our well prepared listings and look for the chance from them....
3) CREATE chances - it's sound a bit the same like LOOK for the chance....to me, it's NOT the same... this must carry along with yr own initiative, alertness, intelligence etc on how to CREATE chances for ourselves.
Some people say I can do this in short time but still fail...WHY?? BCOS he never try to do it and no action taken to do it, how to achieve that???
