Dear all,
As shared with myGr8buds, perhaps its time to place a DISCLAIMER clause on this blog. Any suggestions? Lawyers....where r u?

How's this?
DISCLAIMER:
You...yes, you! You who are posting comments and blogs...YOU are SOLELY responsible for what you write, think, express, eat, $h1+, etc.

Okay? No? Or you could alway take a cue from www.malaysia-today.net.

Warhammer,
Your effort to post comment is appreciated but to post such kind of shitty, un-civilized comment....pls do it at your home ground.

Joke is ok but u got to know where is the limit. To me, u hv crossed the line. GROW UP! Or leave this blog. For GOOD.

Mr Tee,
So you don't like my straight-in-your-face comment? You grow up! You want to live in a sheltered sphere? Fine by me. But ask yourself this? What is so offensive about my comment? Did I target you for a rubbing? Did I specifically point fingers at a person for making irresponsible remarks? Did I specifically go out to hurt another's feelings? All I'm saying is whoever makes postings and/or comments should take responsibility...and saying it straight! Or perhaps it is you who's feeling it? Bak kata pepatah, siapa makan cili dia rasa pedas. If you can't take the heat, stay off the fire.

Open up your eyes and see the world dude.

And if anyone attempts to defend Mr Tee, I sincerely applaud the effort. I really do. That's what friends are for, right? But beyond that, is it right? Friends are not just supposed to support each other but also there to correct the wrongs of other friends.

Reality hurts but someone's gotta do it. :P

Ah Tee cool-off. For this one, WH is just joking...

I think it is great idea to have follow Malaysia today's disclaimer. Save the time to think it out.

Have a nice evening ahead.

I am not defending Mr. Tee (we are all old enough to defend ourselves), but one thing for sure, anonymity among friends is not welcomed.

What if someone comes along, tells you that he/she knows everything about you, your childhood etc, but refuses to even introduce himself?

This is what we call common courtesy, and if can afford to accord such treatment (being courteous) to even strangers, or clients, or others, why can't we treat old friends the same?

mr tee,
on yr suggestion to put a disclaimer clause in our blog, i have no objection at all.

mr tee/WH,
I would say that from the very first day, two of u 'met up' in the blog, there was a series of non-stop 'head-on-collision' incidents occurred whether for good or bad. As I have mentioned before that we are all adults already and when we express our feelings in words, we MUST be extra careful and alert as not to hurt or insult our friends who we spent our teenage years with together for many many years. Again, as a friend, we must respect and care for one another but not like two of u 'shouting'(although we cant hear your voice) each other in the blog over some disagreement (i suppose so, only two of u know) which I sincerely dont like it to be happened here.

Can both of u recall what is the purpose of me and Pat's effort to create this blog???

Everybody have their own choices to choose and since WH choose not to disclose his identity to us (which i personally totally disagreed as being a friend and i did mentioned in my previous comment), do let it be as no point we forced him to do so (he should be able to understand 'what friends are for' as mentioned by him).

mr tee, you still have lots and lots of friends in yr dictionary and don't just 'leave the forest bcos of a tree that u dislike'. Be cool and cheers mate......

Mr Tee, my humble observation is that it's probably wise to avoid a head-to-head battle if your foe is masked like a Spider-Man.

Warhammer, your idea re the disclaimer is appreciated but in law, the blogs' owner can still be made liable even if there is such a disclaimer clause. To quote an example, the blogs' owner may be liable for publishing a defamatory material eventhough he is not the author of the same.
