William, I think the tau-geh mee is now selling at RM2.30 or RM2.50, everything naik harga.

Wah, you're selling your house at a pretty good bargain lah.

Kampua mee at my favourite spot, Sin Poh Poh cafe has increased to RM2.70 !

Expect more price adjustment to our basic amenities...especially if petrol price increase on 1/1/2008.

William, had been spreading around the news since the last you mentioned to me...so far there is over supply of houses in Kuching...
